Clarifying the scope of the role:
As manufacturing once you have said you will do it in a certain cost. In that cost, how you manage – that is internal.
EG: Crane – if you say I will give you 25 cranes at a rate of 1 crore. How you manage it within is manufacturing’s internal prerogative.
