  • Identifying G6 with planning
  • Competence Map for the project (assembling core competence requirements from various CUs and defining a plan for ensuring availability – from within or outside)  – in terms of competence, numbers, by when they need it
  • Amenities Plan based on the resource plan (what will be required during build phase – done along with construction)
  • Enabling G6 with i) setting up benchmark productivity levels ii) optimal work design to achieve the above
Specification
  • Staffing Plan
  • Specification of organization structure for running plant to O&M
Build
  • Manage people grievances
  • Provide tools & processes for monitoring & improving productivity (Performance assessment & improvement)
Handover
  • Staffing of the O&M organization (in consultation with the O&M HRM)
  • Resource redeployment (own resources & contract)
